You Should Know:

Confirmations can be emailed to those who have an email address in a Commonwealth Worldwide profile, and who have selected to receive a copy. You will receive a confirmation immediately after you book a ride.  Meeting Procedures are provided for many locations to make it easier for passengers to meet their chauffeurs.  Pick up instructions are particularly important at airports, where local authorities often set designated pickup locations. These instructions appear in the confirmation that is emailed after a reservation is made. They are also sent on CWW24 reminders and in Enhanced Chauffeur Direct messages. Please be sure passengers always receive pickup instructions for their rides. Receipts are automatically emailed as soon as they are available. If you’d like to request a copy on demand, email us at AccountingDept@CommonwealthLimo.com, with the reservation information.

What Makes Commonwealth UnCommon?

  • CWW24 is an automatic email reminder sent 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time to remind our clients of their upcoming reservation with us. This helps to control costs by prompting passengers and/or travel coordinators to cancel unneeded reservations well in advance of the trip to avoid unnecessary charges.
  • Enhanced Chauffeur Direct sends messages containing the name and cell phone number of the chauffeur to our passengers and their travel coordinators 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.  This message will also remind the passenger of the meeting procedures. We've recently added a live GPS tracking link of the vehicle as well as a photo of the chauffeur wherever available to provide added peace of mind for our clients.  Click here to find out more.
